All the crew members are amazing, been here since 5th grade and have developed wonderful friendships while having a peaceful time during all my visits. Definitely recommend the ortho community!

First time patient- and last... Our awesome dentist recently retired prompting me to venture out for a new one for my child. I scheduled an appt for 11:30, coming from South College Station 20+ min out, I didn’t predict a wreck and one road closure causing us to arrive at the Safari Dentist building at 11:40. Having never been here, there was a brief time lapse from not being able to find the door on the wrap around building with aluminum windows and missing door handles. Upon walk in the vibe felt off, staff nose deep on computers with no friendly welcome greeting and monotone approach. By the time I reach desk it is 11:42, I check us in only to be informed that I had missed the “Grace period of 10min” and that they canceled my appt. I didn’t cancel nor break an appt, I was standing in the office as I was cancelled per the office with NO prior phone call for missing a “10 min grace period” by 2 min. that doesn’t even match their contract. Contract that was already filled out prior, that CLEARLY STATES A FIFTEEN MINUTE LATE ARRIVAL RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE PERIOD. Which I clearly had made. When the unhelpful receptionist informs me to reschedule I inform her that I will never be back

I love coming to safari dental the staff is always so helpful and nice. Check in José always smiling and friendly. Gerardo dental assistance was great explained everything. Marissa at check out with friendly smile. And the Delilah help with setting a ga appt. For the baby. Would one hundred percent recommend safari to everyone.

I’m giving them two stars only because I’m getting a bit fed up with their internal shuffling. I don’t know the reason, but every six months—whenever I take my son in for an appointment—there’s a new doctor who, since they don’t know the patient, just pops in for less than a minute and leaves without asking if I have any questions or even listening. The dental hygienist we got this time was quite good at her job; I was pleasantly surprised, especially since six months ago, the hygienist did a rather mediocre job while complaining about everything.It would be good if you informed the patient that they will have a new doctor, and found out whether they accept this; instead, you simply assume that it is fine.

Both my daughter and I had such a wonderful first time orthodontic experience today. The orthodontist was very nice and knowledgeable The person I need to give a huge shout out to, who went above and beyond and provided such care and amazing customer service was Sonja. She talked very well with my teenage daughter and made her feel very comfortable today, since she can be very shy with new people and she was just overall nervous with dentist appointment. They also offer AMAZING in house financing as well. So thank you Sonja and Safari dental for making today a great experience!!!
